SANFAZ ACHAR GHOST
PROCEDURE
Mix together lemon juice and 2 tablespoon of Sanfaz Achar Gosht masala, and fill it to the green chillies, Keep aside.Fry onion in hot oil/ghee till golden brown.Now add tomatoes, garlic ginger, yoghurt and Sanfaz Achar Gosht Masala and fry for 5-10 minutes.Then and meat and fry for another 3-5 minutes.Add 1-2 glass of water and cook on medium flame till meat become tender.Now introduce lemon-masala filled green chillies and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Delicious Achar Gosht is ready
Serve with Naan /Roti/Paratha/Boiled Rice and Salad

2-3 Nos, medium size
Onions (finely shredded)
2-3” long piece
